### **Call Center Customer Service Representative**  

Join our dynamic team at **OneTouch Direct** and become a key player in delivering exceptional customer service! Our Call Center Customer Service Representatives engage directly with customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues to deliver an outstanding experience.

As a representative of our valued clients, you will primarily work with ATT customers, providing support and guidance on their inquiries regarding products and services.

### _**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**_  

-   Manage inbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm while addressing customer inquiries.
-   Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
-   Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of service.
-   Educate customers about services and promotions to enhance their experience.
-   Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.

### **SHIFT:**

Available shifts may include flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

## Requirements

-   Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
-   A customer-focused mindset and passion for helping others.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
-   Proficiency in computer applications and systems.
-   Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred but not required.
-   High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
