### Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on CDJR vehicles following manufacturer guidelines
-   Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and vehicle inspections
-   Use computerized diagnostic equipment to effectively identify vehicle problems
-   Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair needs and maintenance options
-   Keep up-to-date with training on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram products and services
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-   Collaborate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure timely service

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent; certification in automotive service is preferred
-   Experience as a service technician, particularly with CDJR vehicles, is highly desirable
-   Strong diagnostic and repair skills with a thorough understanding of automotive systems
-   Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach
-   Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-   Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
