## Description

Seal & Design, Inc. is a family owned company founded in Clarence, NY with three divisions located across the U.S. and Canada. Our product line includes gaskets, o-rings, seals, molded products, die-cut foams, and many other specific products for all kinds of sealing applications. We provide superior products to our customers across many industries, including: Automotive, Medical, Military, Aerospace, Electronics, Power Generation, Hydraulics, and HVAC.

The Material Handler is responsible for ensuring a consistent and accurate flow of materials to the production floor. This role supports inventory accuracy within the warehouse and provides assistance to the Shipping and Receiving team as needed.

-   Locate and pull materials for scheduled production jobs as directed by Lead Operators.

-   Review job cards prior to material pulls and notify Leads or the Production Planner of any discrepancies.
-   Return unused materials to proper warehouse locations upon job completion.
-   Assist with stocking and organizing manufactured and resale parts and materials.
-   Perform cycle counts of stock and non-stock inventory as assigned.
-   Record stock transfers and inventory transactions accurately within the ERP system to maintain inventory accuracy.
-   Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness, ensuring materials are stored properly and space is utilized efficiently.
-   Cross-train in Shipping and Receiving functions to provide coverage during high workload periods and vacations
-   Operate material handling equipment safely and in compliance with all company safety and security policies.

_**Pay Range: $20-22/hour**_

_**Shift: 8:30a - 5:00p**_

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent required.
-   1–2 years of related warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
-   Experience working in a computer-based environment with business or ERP software.
-   Strong communication and organizational skills.
-   Basic math proficiency.
-   Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflow, and multitask effectively.
-   Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
-   Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond positively to changing priorities.
