Mercier Consultancy is on the hunt for a passionate and skilled Spanish-Speaking Customer Expert to become a vital part of our dynamic logistics delivery team in Greece. This thrilling opportunity allows you to leverage your Spanish language skills to provide outstanding support and service to our valued Spanish-speaking customers in the logistics and delivery industry.

As a team member, you will be pivotal in facilitating effective and efficient communication between our customers and operational services, thereby enhancing overall customer satisfaction. You will serve as a crucial link, ensuring that customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback are accurately conveyed and addressed in a timely manner.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide professional customer support in Spanish related to logistics and delivery inquiries.
-   Assist customers with tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and answering service-related questions.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery solutions.
-   Gather customer feedback to help improve logistics services.
-   Stay updated on company policies, logistics processes, and industry best practices.

## Requirements

-   Exceptional fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
-   Applicants must have at least a B2 level of fluency in English.
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably within logistics or delivery sectors, is advantageous.
-   Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools preferred.
-   Willingness to live and work in Greece.
-   Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and in a team.
