## Description

**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)**

**Job Summary**

We are looking for an LCSW to provide virtual behavioral health care to clients in a remote setting. This role is focused on providing therapy, completing assessments, identifying treatment goals, and supporting clients as they work through mental health concerns and day-to-day challenges.

You will use your clinical training to help clients understand patterns, build coping skills, and work toward healthier outcomes through consistent telehealth sessions.

**Employment Details**

-   Location: Boca Raton, FL
-   Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
-   Position Type: Full-Time
-   Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
-   Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide individual therapy to clients through telehealth
-   Conduct psychosocial assessments and clinical intake sessions
-   Develop clear treatment plans with measurable goals
-   Support clients managing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, and relationship concerns
-   Complete required documentation after sessions
-   Identify client risk factors and follow appropriate safety protocols
-   Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
-   Participate in care coordination when needed

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
-   Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Florida
-   Previous experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
-   Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
-   Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
-   Ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards
-   Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
