-   Stepping into leadership—guiding people, sharing world-class training, and leaning on established backend systems so you aren't reinventing the wheel.

## Requirements

**You'll fit right in here if you:**

-   Have a solid background in senior marketing (5+ years is great, but your actual drive and execution matter way more to me than a piece of paper).
-   Get how energy and the law of attraction apply to modern marketing, and want to work with people on that same wavelength.
-   Trust your intuition just as much as the data, and hate red tape.
-   Want an unconventional way to scale your income because you're ready for something better.
