**Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 400000 (ie INR 3 - 4 LPA)**

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

\- Overseeing the designated shift.

\- Supporting the store manager in managing operations for the assigned store.

\- Managing inventory effectively.

\- Maintaining store cleanliness and completing all required cleaning duties.

\- Driving sales performance during the shift.

\- Delivering excellent customer service.

\- Controlling dump and shrinkage.

\- Training and onboarding new team members.

\- Ensuring adherence to processes and policies.

\- Managing customer interactions and resolving complaints.
