About the Role: We are seeking an Operations & Customer Relations Officer to manage client accounts and ensure smooth cross‑border logistics operations. 

Responsibilities: 

-   Oversee day‑to‑day client operations. 

-   Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries. 

-   Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. 

-   Maintain compliance with trade regulations. 

-   Prepare reports on operational performance.
