## Description

**Location:** Amman, Jordan

**Job Description:**

The Fresh Full Stack Developer is responsible for supporting the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of application features across backend, frontend, and database layers. This position is intended for a fresh graduate or early-career professional seeking to build practical experience within a structured development environment while working under the guidance of senior team members and adhering to established coding standards, SDLC processes, and architectural guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Application Development:**

-   Support the development of backend services using C# and .NET Core.
-   Assist in the implementation of frontend components using jQuery, Bootstrap, and Metronic UI.
-   Contribute to the development and maintenance of RESTful APIs for internal and external use.
-   Participate in implementing business logic within multi-tenant environments under guidance.
-   Assist in maintaining Windows client applications where required.
-   Support mobile application tasks as assigned by the Development Team Lead.

**Database & Data Handling:**

-   Write and maintain basic SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures with support from senior developers.
-   Support efforts to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
-   Follow best practices for database access, transactions, and data handling.
-   Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues.

**Code Quality & Standards:**

-   Write clean, readable, and maintainable code in accordance with team standards.
-   Participate in code reviews and apply feedback in a timely manner.
-   Learn and follow defined architecture principles and design patterns.
-   Assist with improving and refactoring existing code under guidance.
-   Apply appropriate error handling, logging, and validation in assigned tasks.

**SDLC & Delivery:**

-   Work within Agile/Scrum methodology.
-   Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
-   Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines with support from the team.
-   Collaborate with QA to resolve defects and improve application quality.
-   Support deployments to QA and UAT environments when required.

**DevOps & Repository Usage:**

-   Follow defined branching and merging practices.
-   Use GitHub / Azure DevOps repositories for source control.
-   Maintain clear and traceable commits aligned with assigned work items.
-   Assist in resolving build issues related to assigned code changes.

**Knowledge Sharing & Documentation:**

-   Document assigned modules, APIs, and implemented logic.
-   Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for completed work.
-   Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
-   Communicate progress, issues, and understanding of assigned features to team members.

**Collaboration & Communication:**

-   Work closely with Senior Developers and Development Team Lead.
-   Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams as needed.
-   Escalate blockers, questions, or unclear requirements in a timely manner.
-   Collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

**Security & Compliance:**

-   Follow secure coding practices.
-   Handle sensitive data responsibly and confidentially.

-   Comply with internal security policies and access controls.

-   Support logging, traceability, and audit requirements as needed.

**Job Relations:**

-   Reports to Development Team Lead.
-   Works closely with Senior Developers, QA, DevOps, and Infra teams.
-   Coordinates with Technical Delivery Lead as required.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
-   Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in software development.

**Skills:**

-   Backend: Basic knowledge of C# and .NET Core.
-   Frontend: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Metronic.
-   Database: Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
-   Real-time: Exposure to SignalR is a plus.
-   Version Control: Familiarity with Git (GitHub / Azure DevOps).
-   CI/CD: Basic understanding of Azure DevOps Pipelines or similar tools.
-   Documentation: Familiarity with SharePoint or internal documentation tools.
-   Project Management: Familiarity with Jira / Azure Boards.

**Preferred Skills:**

-   Academic projects, internships, graduation projects, or personal projects are considered an advantage.
-   Basic familiarity with C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, JavaScript, jQuery, and web application concepts.
-   Exposure to Agile/Scrum, Git, Jira, DevOps, or CI/CD concepts is considered a plus.

**Languages:**

-   Fluent in English (required).
-   Arabic proficiency (preferred).
