## Description

SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly experienced **Consultant Pediatric Surgeon (Western Qualified)** on behalf of a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will diagnose and surgically manage a wide range of congenital and acquired pediatric conditions while working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.

## Requirements

-   Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).
-   Western Board Certification in Pediatric Surgery (American Board, UK CCT, Canadian, Australian, Irish, or equivalent recognized qualification).
-   Minimum **5 years of post-board certification experience** as a Consultant Pediatric Surgeon.
-   Eligibility for DHA, DOH, or MOH Consultant License.
-   Extensive experience in neonatal surgery, pediatric minimally invasive surgery, and emergency pediatric surgical procedures.
-   Expertise in managing complex congenital anomalies and pediatric trauma is highly desirable.
-   Excellent surgical, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
-   Commitment to evidence-based practice, patient safety, and family-centered care.
-   Previous experience in a tertiary children’s hospital or JCI-accredited healthcare facility is highly preferred.
