Guru Pay is a Lithuania-based EMI delivering a personalized, boutique payment experience to B2B, B2C, and C2B clients. We’re a small but ambitious team focused on high-quality service and long-term client success.

**About the role**  
We’re looking for a **Sales & Account Manager** to own and grow our existing client portfolio. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term client retention.

**What you’ll do:**

-   Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients
-   Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
-   Drive revenue growth
-   Run regular client check-ins and QBRs
-   Identify client needs and tailor solutions
-   Collaborate with Sales, Product, AML & Compliance and other teams
-   Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and performance tracking
-   Spot risks early and turn opportunities into growth

**What we’re looking for:**

-   Experience in **Account Management**
-   Background in **iGaming, Fintech, or Affiliate** industries
-   Fluent English (C1+)
-   Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
-   Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
-   Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset

**Nice to have:**

-   Enterprise client experience
-   Payments / fintech product knowledge
-   Additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish, Russian)
