## Description

**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)**

**Location:** Kentucky  
**Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year + full benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

### Position Summary

This is a full-time remote role for an LCSW providing ongoing therapy to clients across Kentucky. You’ll work with people experiencing a range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns and help them make progress through consistent, structured care. The work includes assessing client needs, setting treatment goals, providing therapy, documenting progress, and connecting clients with additional resources when appropriate.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide scheduled therapy sessions through telehealth
-   Assess client concerns and identify treatment priorities
-   Develop and update individualized care plans
-   Support clients with emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs
-   Help clients build practical coping strategies for daily life
-   Maintain clear and accurate progress notes
-   Review progress and adjust treatment plans when needed
-   Refer clients to additional services or resources when appropriate

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
-   Active Kentucky LCSW license in good standing
-   Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
-   Strong communication and documentation skills
-   Comfortable using telehealth and electronic records systems
-   Reliable internet connection and a private workspace
