Long Island, NY · Full-Time

You’ll spend your day around someone building a public brand while running a business — catching what’s happening in real time and turning it into content before the moment’s gone. This isn’t a scheduled-content role. It’s built for someone who can see the shot, cut it fast, and post it the same day.

We move fast here. If content’s good, it goes up same day — not after a week of approvals. If you’ve worked somewhere your ideas got buried before anyone saw them, that changes here. You pitch it, you shoot it, you cut it, it’s live.

Most of your time is spent following one person building a personal brand day to day — capturing real, unscripted moments, not staged content. A smaller portion supports content for the businesses tied to that brand.

• Follow leadership day-to-day to capture usable footage as it happens

• Edit fast, on your phone or laptop, so content posts the same day

• Pitch your own content ideas — you’re not waiting on a shot list

• Run a consistent posting rhythm across Instagram and TikTok

• Track what’s working and adjust what you shoot based on it

• Occasionally appear on camera when a piece calls for it

This isn’t a desk job scheduling someone else’s decisions with no access to what’s happening. You’re in the room. You call the shot. You post it.

Requirements:

• Portfolio, reel, or account that proves you can shoot and edit

• Comfortable editing quickly without a full studio setup

• Valid driver’s license

• Full-time availability, in-person, Long Island
