**About the role:**

As a Creative Designer Senior Associate, you will take ownership of the visual design and creative direction of a diverse range of eLearning, digital, presentation and print projects across LRN’s Bespoke team. You will translate learning content, client requirements and brand guidelines into engaging visual concepts, storyboards and production-ready design solutions. Working closely with Learning Designers, Project Managers, Programmers, media teams and other designers, you will provide clear visual direction and maintain oversight of design quality throughout production. 

In addition to delivering high-quality creative work, you will be expected to demonstrate strong project ownership, commercial awareness and process discipline. You will proactively identify risks, manage work within agreed scope and timelines, support quality and efficiency improvements, and provide guidance or mentorship to other designers where required. The role requires advanced proficiency in core design and authoring tools, effective use of AI image generation tools, and the ability to work directly and professionally with internal stakeholders, clients and external production partners.

## Requirements

**What you'll do:**

-   Conceptualizing and creating concept statics (storyboards/sample layouts) using a range of tools from the Adobe product range through traditional print software. 
-   Developing dynamic and engaging project materials that are creative, high quality and align with brand standards and client expectations. 
-   Applying advanced design, authoring and AI tools to create engaging, accessible and production-ready learning experiences. 
-   Taking written content and producing strong creative graphic ideas/solutions for a variety of media. 
-   Collaborating with Learning Directors, Learning Managers, Learning Designers, Design Managers to produce visual content of a high client-facing standard. 
-   Managing time effectively to balance the demanding requirements of multiple concurrent products and schedules. 
-   Identifying and resolving design issues to minimize defects, rework and project risks while working within agreed scope and budgets 
-   Recognizing internal and client budget constraints to align designs and overall design approach. 
-   Cataloging new and existing concepts and assets for efficient future reuse. 
-   Supporting and mentoring other designers while contributing to continuous improvement of creative processes, tools and workflows. 
-   Contributing to wider team, product and operational initiatives that enhance the Creative team's capability and business performance. 

**What we're looking for:** 

-   Minimum 4 years' experience in a relevant design role. 
-   Strong conceptual visual design skills. 
-   Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. 
-   Broad knowledge of eLearning authoring and design tools. 
-   Experience creating visual concepts, storyboards and production-ready assets. 
-   Experience with AI image generation and creative AI tools.
-   Ability to mentor and support other designers. 
-   Initiative to work under tight deadlines. 
-   Degree in design or equivalent professional experience. 
-   eLearning or digital learning experience. 
-   Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools, that may include Storyline, Rise, Lectora and Elucidat. 
-   Experience supporting client-facing concept development. 
-   Experience working with global teams or external vendors.
