YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in application support, with at least 3-5 years in a technical lead role, ideally in the financial services or fintech industry.
Strong expertise in software integration, including APIs, third-party services, and data synchronization.
Solid understanding of financial applications, banking systems, and core financial processes.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application performance, security, and integration.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on mentoring and developing junior team members.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident management, and service management best practices.
SKILLS
Experience with cloud platforms and related financial software deployment.
Knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and compliance standards
Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow) and collaboration platforms (Confluence, SharePoint).
