The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to streamline business processes and enhance organizational efficiency. The ServiceNow Developer will collaborate with various teams to understand business requirements, customize ServiceNow applications, integrate with other systems, and create automation workflows. The role requires a strong understanding of JavaScript, ServiceNow development best practices, and experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with scripting languages.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including configuration, customization, and implementation of ServiceNow modules.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using web services (SOAP/REST), MID Server, and other integration methods.
Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist are a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and enhance Service Now applications and modules
Create and modify workflows, forms, scripts, and reports within the ServiceNow platform
Configure and maintain Service Now integrations with third-party systems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Service Now applications
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs
Ensure all code and configurations adhere to best practices and security standards
Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members
