The Role:
The purpose of the Platform Manager role is to take responsibility for technical support and focusing on operational matters. The Platform Manager, is a critical role in ensuring successful timely technical support and management of all initiatives, including ownership of problem and risk management that could affect platform performance and capacity. In addition this role is instrumental in all forms of software currency management to ensure a 'Fit for Purpose' platform is available.
