Manage paid media campaigns from planning to execution and ensure that they are fully optimised in order to achieve KPIs within an agreed budget
Thoroughly analyse all performance data in order to report, review and identify opportunities moving forwards
Monitor and manage the cost of sale to ensure profitability targets are met for each region, reporting on campaign budget utilisation, making adjustments as necessary
Implement strategies to optimise the cost-effectiveness of marketing campaigns while maximising sales revenue.
Provide insightful commentary on the company's daily trade activities, analysing market trends, competitor actions, and external factors impacting performance
Work closely with ecommerce, buying, commercial, finance and analytics teams to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
Work closely with the creative and design teams to incorporate best practices in paid media campaigns.
Help manage paid media executives to ensure complete cover of work
Ongoing testing and monitor all spend management, creative and targeting whilst evaluating all accounts
Execute paid media / traffic driving tactics and deliver best practice in paid social, paid search, re-targeting, display, ATL and other emerging channels that unlock our objectives.
Propose, agree and review strategy on an on-going / periodic basis.
Work closely with the wider trading and product teams to agree call to action / tactics and trading plan that optimises acquisition and retention.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and changes
Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Essential Experience and Skills
Proven experience in performance marketing, with a track record of successful campaign management and optimisation
Line management experience (desired)
Strong analytical skills with an ability to draw insights from large data sets
Target driven with a strong commercial understanding and ability to report and make decisions based on marketing KPIs
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and performance metrics
